General Terms
Welcome to Shagadoo.com. To become a seller in Shagadoo you agree to the Shagadoo Seller Policy and declare that you are above 18 years old.
Shagadoo is a sexual wellness marketplace, where sellers can sell their unique products directly to buyers throughout the world and thus, gain access to markets that were inaccessible before. Our main goal is for you to have a fast and easy registration process, supply a fruitful business platform and positive experience while being part of Shagadoo's community.
Please read carefully this policy to understand better your rights and what we expect of you as a seller at Shagadoo.
This policy is part of our terms and conditions section and by opening a store at Shagadoo you are agreeing to this policy as well to our terms and conditions.
1. Start selling in Shagadoo- Basic requirements
At Shagadoo we strive to improve sexual wellness throughout the world and make it accessible to everyone who is 18 years and above. We believe that we will be able to create a happier and healthier society. Having said that, there are some requirements and basic knowledge that is important to all sellers: what can or cannot be sold on Shagadoo, how to manage your online store, what will be the fees we require and above all, the standards all sellers need to have.
Important disclaimer:
If you start selling products on Shagadoo.com, you must comply with all federal, state and local legal requirements as well as to Shagadoo's policies applicable to those products you have listed. Shagadoo LLC. Disclaim all responsibility for any and all losses, damages or causes of action that may arise or relate to the use of/ reliance on these products.
What can I sell at Shagadoo?
Sexual wellness products are allowed under some conditions that will help you understand better what can be listed:
· Sellers are responsible for the safety and compliance of their products and therefore need to make sure that their products will be simple to understand and simple to use.
· Products health & safety is important and as some of these products are used on the sensitive parts of the body, they must be safe and made from materials that will not be toxic/ cause irritations or somehow damage the genitals parts.
· Moreover, Sellers must make sure that their products comply with the health and safety regulation of the countries they want to ship the product. Shagadoo will not be responsible for any damage/injury that was inflicted due to a product that did not comply with the local authorities.
· All product listings need to state the materials that the products are made of in order to prevent from buyers who might be allergic any unnecessary risks.
· Quality of products needs to be highly crafted. Products with high quality will prevent any discomforts and possible injuries of the buyers and will contribute to the Seller and Shagadoo's reputation.
· Products must be manufactured in clean environments and packaged carefully.
· All products need to have clear instruction for use (IFU) and appropriate warnings as buyers must use them correctly and avoid misuse due to danger of unfortunate injuries caused by incorrect or insufficient IFU.
What can't I sell on Shagadoo?
Not all sexual products are allowed for sale in Shagadoo. Here are some restrictions for seller's listings:
· Sellers are not allowed to sell services or posting ads.
· Prohibited products that considered to be illegal globally are not allowed on Shagadoo.
· Sellers cannot offer products of digital pornography (videos, pictures, E-magazines, etc.).
· Products that violating our policies will not be allowed on Shagadoo. Such as products who encouraging violence, related to minors, sexting, etc.
Shagadoo keeps the right to remove any listings that violates our policies. We may also suspend or terminate your account for any violations that may occur.
Opening and managing my store on Shagadoo.com
How you operate and sell you product is influencing directly on your reputation in the Shagadoo community, and it is crucial that you will be honest, open and accurate. As such, this will contribute much to the buyers, hence implementing more sales at your doorstep.
Some base rules and restrictions that may guide you for a successful business at Shagadoo.com-
By starting a store and selling at Shagadoo, you agree that you will follow all points below this clause:
· Providing accurate and honest information regarding your business and products to Shagadoo
· Verify your content on Shagadoo, accuracy of products details, shipping and policies of your store.
· Keep honest description of your products listings through Item description, Item photos and videos.
· Follow all Shagadoo's rules and policies and keep your store, dialogues with buyers and other sellers respectable as all are important parts of Shagadoo community as you are.
· Respect the intellectual property of other sellers. Keep your products photos as original and not taken from other products photos that looks similar to yours. If you think that others violated in any way your intellectual property please report to the Shagadoo's sellers service team and they will check and verify your complaint.
· Do not try to manipulate Shagadoo's policies. Do not copy or duplicate other stores and do not try to manipulate buyers into buying through disorientation in your store (added clicks for sales, quantities, Add to carte, etc.). Reputation and integrity are key for future comebacks of buyers.
· Do not try to avoid the feesagreed upon by you and Shagadoo. Trust is a win-win situation for all.
· Do not try to: monopolize products/ build a cartel with other sellers/fix prices with other sellers/ interfere with other sellers' stores and or reputations. All these actions are prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and may result in a lawsuit for any damages Shagadoo has suffered due to these illegal actions.
Accept Shagadoo's standards of business conduct and service
There are important standards of service for all sellers at Shagadoo, and by opening a store on Shagadoo you accept and commit to all these standards and business conduct we require of each of our sellers:
· Integrity is a must. You are committed to honor your shipping and processing timelines as stated on your listings. Sellers must ship an item and complete transactions in an efficient and fast manner.
· Keep your promises. Respect and stand behind your commitments stated by you on your store policies.
· Any disagreements regarding a transaction/ shipment/ product, etc. should be handled directly by you directly with the buyer.
· Respond as quickly as possible. Respond to messages by Shagadoo or by potential buyers in a timely manner. Your response time is crucial for a better reputation among potential buyers.
· Think long-term. A customer is for life. Should you have trouble supplying a product from your listing, or cannot complete the transaction, you must inform and update the buyer immediately and cancel the transaction/order.
· If the buyer already made a payment for a product that you can't supply, you must issue a refund for the whole amount paid by the buyer. This will not exceed an acceptable timeframe of up to 3 days for the making of the refund.
· If you have any knowledge concerning a problematic product, you must notify Shagadoo and remove it from your listings. Do not try to sell a product that may influence negatively on Shagadoo's reputation as well as yours.
· Please allow buyers to have the option of discrete packaging and billing as we want the buyers to feel safe and comfortable to make the acquisition without exposing them to their desires sexual dreams and needs publicly.
Seller Fees
Fees at Shagadoo depend on the services sellers prefer to use or take. Sellers can be charged fees associated with transactions, listings, and advertisements as well as payment processing charges of 3rd party companies such as Stripe/ PayPal, etc. all information about Shagadoo's fees can be found at Shagadoo's payments and fees policy.
2. Becoming a respected part of the Shagadoo community
When you are joining the community of Shagadoo you are becoming an integral part of our goal to bring sexual health to everyone around the world. Shagadoo expects all sellers to respect each other, keep an honest and open connection with one another, and at the base of all interactions- be sincere and responsible with the buyers in order to maintain success, improve it, and help to bring the best customer experience you can give.
As stated in our Privacy policy, it is crucial that a seller will respect the privacy of others and will protect any information that he receives or processes. A seller will comply with all the below requirements to make sure that any private data is not being misused in any way. This information may also be susceptible to legal requirements that you as a seller must comply with as a "controller of data". These requirements include privacy laws and data protection for all information that you get from any Shagadoo users. You have to make sure that your own privacy policy, which must be open to Shagadoo users, is compatible with Shagadoo's privacy policy and Shagadoo's terms and conditions.
1. As a "data controller" you have to comply with all laws and regulations in that subject. Please refer to https://gdpr-info.eu/ and https://www.gdpreu.org/the-regulation/key-concepts/data-controllers-and-processors/ for more information on compliance.
2. Do not disclose any personal information without the consent of the buyer. Should you do that you are responsible legally for this unauthorized breach and may face legal consequences.
3. Use private information that you receive on Shagadoo only for Shagadoo's transactions or Shagadoo's activities and communications.
4. It is prohibited to use any personal information acquired on Shagadoo for unauthorized private commercial/ marketing activities such as advertising or sales promotions outside of Shagadoo.
5. Do not add any buyer's emails to your private email/ mailing lists.
6. Do not use the buyer's identity for any monetary, marketing, or prohibited activities such as spam or donation requests.
7. Do not retain or try to obtain any form of payment information from the buyer.
8. Do not interfere with other seller's transactions, sales, or marketing activities. Including the use of false information, posting in public areas any disputes between members, or negative content by others.
9. Do not engage in buying any products from other members for the purpose of leaving a negative comment/review to harm a competitor's sales and/or reputation.
10. You agree to indemnify Shagadoo, defend and hold Shagadoo (its employees, board members, consultants, affiliates, and partners) harmless against any claims, costs, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, expenses (including lawyer fees) that are connected in any way to your processing of personal information and/ or breach any of the above clauses.
· Seller's content
As all sellers at Shagadoo, you are uploading content such as product listings, messages, texts, and visual information such as photos/ videos. Shagadoo requires that this content will comply with all our account section policies. Should Shagadoo suspect that your content is violating in some way these requirements, we save the right to put some limitations on your account, in accordance with our terms and conditions, until the matter is investigated thoroughly and resolved.
In becoming a part of Shagadoo's community of sellers, you agree to Shagadoo's terms and conditions and to the rules below:
1. Your content will not contain any misleading, false, or deceptive information.
2. Your content will not include any personal information- yours or anyone else.
3. Content must be honest and cannot include any details that violate the intellectual property of others.
4. Your content will not contain any form of Harassment, violence, threats, intimidation, insult, or any other content that violates our policies.
5. Content will not include any form of spam or unauthorized advertisements.
6. Your content must be respectful and will not be offensive, hateful, and/or contain any derogatory speech/ language.
7. Content uploaded on Shagadoo by the seller will not include any methods/suggestions to avoid checkout through Shagadoo.
8. Your content will not offend or harm in any way other seller's stores on Shagadoo. This is strictly prohibited.
Should Shagadoo have a reason to believe that you, your content, and your use of any of Shagadoo's services violated the rules and requirements that are stated in this policy and in our terms and conditions policy, it may result in account suspension or termination, and termination of your access to Shagadoo's services as stated in Shagadoo's terms and conditions. Shagadoo will notify you if this suspension/ termination has occurred unless any regulation or legal reasons will prevent us from doing so.
· Cancellations and returns
Every country/ region has its own laws regarding returns, cancellations, exchanges, and withdrawals. All sellers must be familiar with these regulations and laws and act by them. Laws will be determined by the buyer's location and not by the seller's location as the buyers hold the rights for the cancellations.
Buyers are not eligible to cancel transactions, but should a buyer decide to cancel the transaction, he will need to notify the seller so the seller will be able to cancel the transaction in a timely manner of not more than 2 days after receiving the cancelation request. If the buyer notifies the seller of his will to have the transaction canceled and this was already after he received the product, the seller may demand that the buyer be responsible for the return shipment fees and that the product will be in its original package as arrived to the buyer's address.
Sellers may demand that products could be returned only in the original package, un-opened and un-used, should the buyer would like to return the product and get a refund for any reason.
Due to our sexual well-being marketplace, products that have been used and/or the box was opened, will not be eligible for a return, unless they were:
1. Manufactured defective products
2. Malfunctioned under their warranty period due to a defect and not from misuse of the buyer
3. Wrong product in the box compared to the description written on the box it came in

Shagadoo believes that its community of sellers can be an environment not only for business success but much more than that. This community will gather around sellers throughout the world with the same passion, set of beliefs, and a sense of changing the world of sexual well-being. Each and every seller is a cornerstone of our success in bringing sexuality and sexual health to the front of the stage. To enable people to understand that in the end, we want them to be happier as we think that a happy person will make the world better, and reduce frustrations and uncertainties.
You are a part of all the above. We expect you to feel the same way and the experience in Shagadoo should strengthen this mutual set of beliefs and goals.
By agreeing and acting according to all the above, we can share success and we can build something unique and special.
