Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds are not available for customized or made‑to‑order products, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, once the return is confirmed.

Return Shipping
For change‑of‑mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective or incorrect items, RoomFun will cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.

Processing Refunds
