Shagadoo Buyer's Policy

Welcome to Shagadoo.com.To buy any product at Shagadoo you agree to Shagadoo's Buyer Policy and declare that you are above 18 years old.
Shagadoo is a sexual wellness marketplace, where buyers throughout the world can buy unique products directly from independent sellers, gain access to a huge variety of sexual wellbeing products, enhance their wellness and pleasure be happier, and feel more fulfilled. Our main goal is for you to have a fast and easy experience, and supply you with as many possibilities as you can choose from while being part of Shagadoo's community.
Please carefully read this policy to understand better your rights and what we expect of you as a Buyer at Shagadoo.
This policy is part of our terms and conditions section and by purchasing at Shagadoo you are agreeing to this policy as well as our terms and conditions.
1. The Limitations of Shagadoo as a Multi-vendor Marketplace
Shagadoo is a multi-vendor marketplace and as such, it acts as a platform for buyers to purchase online products from sellers located around the world. We believe that we will be able to create a happier and healthier society. Having said that, it is important to understand that Shagadoo is not part of these purchases and/or transactions. Shopping on Shagadoo's platform, you accept all the terms provided below:
- You are not buying products from Shagadoo, but from the sellers who operate and sell products on our online platform.
- Shagadoo does not guarantee or endorse any items/content that are listed on our platform by the sellers. This may include and is not limited to, language; photos; return policies; seller policies, etc.
- All sellers on Shagadoo can have their own policies regarding returns, refunds, and shipments. Please make sure you have carefully read the purchasing terms of the item you are interested in, before making any purchase.
2. Purchase an Item on Shagadoo.
When you have decided to purchase an item through Shagadoo's platform, you are supporting an independent seller with its own policies and therefore when making a purchase you agree that you have:
- Read and agreed to the seller's policies.
- Read the item description carefully and find it suitable for your desires/ needs.
- Gave correct and accurate shipping instructions to the seller.
- Submitted the payment method for the item you have purchased.
Please make sure that you complete your payment to the seller as soon as possible to receive your order faster.
You may use any acceptable payment methods that are accepted on the Shagadoo platform such as credit cards, third-party agents (Pay-Pal, Google Pay, apple Pay, etc.). Please understand that by using third-party payment method you are subjected to the third-party payment terms and policies or any user agreement you signed with the third party.
You understand and agree that it is prohibited to use contact details, acquired through the Shagadoo platform to evade Shagadoo's checkout and/or payment process. Any discussions with the seller regarding your order will be throughout Shagadoo's platform only. Any prohibited usage of contact details for this reason will be subjected to legal measures, and lawsuits for any losses that may occur due to this prohibited use.
3. Returns, Cancelation,s and Problems with Your Purchase
Problems with Your Purchase
As noted above, Shagadoo is not directly involved in any transaction made between the seller and the buyer through its platform. But in an unlikely situation of a buyer that could not resolve the problem with the seller, we do offer our assistance to try to resolve specific situations that may occur between sellers and buyers. Shagadoo involvement will start only if:
1. The seller did not resolve the dispute in a timely manner of 3 working days.
2. The dispute is within a limit of 90 days post-transaction.
Try to remember that most sellers will try and solve the matter for you even if it takes them more than 3 days. Their interest is having a happy and content customer and therefore try to give them the time to close this resolution before asking Shagadoo's help.
Shagadoo will assist with these specific complaints:
- The product received is not as described.
In any case Shagadoo decides that the buyer's claim is correct and after having a discussion with both sides, Shagadoo will issue a refund of the order to the buyer through the seller account. This will include shipping costs as well.
In case Shagadoo decides that the buyer's claim is incorrect, the buyer can appeal within 14 calendar days, only if he has new information that was not given before.
Shagadoo will not be able to help with some disputes that are related to:
1. Product has been used.
2. The product's original box has been discarded.
3. Product usage was not according to IFU (instructions of use).
4. The package was damaged during shipment by the carrier.
5. Argument after purchasing regarding costs of shipping, and costs of product.
6. Any Products that were purchased not through Shagadoo's checkout system.
7. Products that were altered/ used with the wrong AC outlet (were ordered without noticing the correct power outlet of the designated buyer's country)
8. Products that come in quantity packs that were opened and/or partially used.
9. Products that were in their listings were with a "no return" policy.
A buyer can decide to cancel his order or return an unused product within the agreement between him and the seller's policies. Each seller will have its own return and cancellation policies and we urge you to be aware of each seller's policies of return and cancelation as they may vary.
A seller may have a return policy in which the buyer pays the shipping costs or he will pay for it, so please carefully read all policies mentioned in the product listings.
Even if a seller has a policy of 'no return', you may send him a message and try to see if he can make an exception for this specific case.
Any decision to cancel the order needs to be entered in the Shagadoo messaging system, so the seller will have the ability to react fast to the request. The sellers are the only ones who can cancel the order.
Please note that Shagadoo will not be able to help with the dispute should it be over the policies that were not read entirely through.
If a seller accepts your request for cancelation/return, he will:
1. issue a full refund and the shipping cost will be according to his policies on him/ on the buyer.
2. Offer a partial refund and let you keep the product as a compromise.
3. Offer the buyer a replacement acceptable to both sides.
The seller will refund only after he receives the product. If no refund was made within 48 hours after the product arrived at the seller, you can ask Shagadoo to help with the dispute.
4. Accept Shagadoo's standards of business conduct as a buyer
What we expect of our buyers
There are important standards for how Shagadoo's community of buyers and sellers live. By buying products on Shagadoo's platform you accept and commit to all these standards and business conduct we require of each of our Buyers:
· Integrity is a must. You are committed to honoring the purchasing and payment method you gave.
· Do not misuse the return policies of the seller to send him a different product than the one you asked to return.
· Any disagreements regarding a transaction/ shipment/ product, etc. should be handled directly by you and the seller through Shagadoo's messaging system.
· Do not ask for something that was not stated in the listing of the product. Such as different payment methods, different addresses, additional discounts, etc.
· Do not make any false claims. Stating that the product did not arrive although there is proof it did, is not allowed.
· Do not ask the seller any requests that may be illegal and can put him and/or Shagadoo at risk.
· Do not lie about your age. You must be above 18 to buy at Shagadoo. Any lies concerning your age will entitle Shagadoo to take legal action against the buyer and will protect Shagadoo from any lawsuits that are connected to false signing on age statements.
· Do not use multiple accounts for any illegal/fraudulent activities, such as bending the laws of customs of your country, trying to bypass limitations, etc.
Buyer's Reviews
Like all Buyers at Shagadoo, you are invited to leave a review for the product you received and for the service as well. Your review such as the quality of the product, ROI, ability to perform, etc., can make a huge impact on other buyers, the seller, and Shagadoo. These reviews are here to help others to have more information of future purchases, be more whole with their decision-making process, and help them avoid possible mistakes. Therefore, your review has immense influence on other's decisions/ business. For these reasons, Shagadoo requires that your review(s) will comply with all our account section policies. Should Shagadoo suspect that your review is violating in some way these requirements, we save the right to put some limitations on your account, in accordance with our terms and conditions, until the matter is investigated thoroughly and resolved.
In becoming a part of Shagadoo's community of buyers, you agree to Shagadoo's terms and conditions and to the rules below:
1. Your review will not contain any misleading, false, or deceptive information.
2. Your content will not include any personal information- yours or anyone else.
3. The review must be honest and cannot include any details that violate the intellectual property of others.
4. Your review will not contain any form of Harassment, violence, threats, intimidation, insult, or any other content that violates our policies.
5. The review will not include any form of spam or unauthorized content/ advertisements.
6. Your review must be respectful and will not be offensive, hateful, and/or contain any derogatory speech/ language.
7. Review with content uploaded on Shagadoo by the buyers will not include any methods/suggestions to avoid the checkout process through Shagadoo.
8. Your review will not offend or harm in any way other buyers on Shagadoo. This is strictly prohibited.
Should Shagadoo have a reason to believe that you, your review, content uploaded to your review, and your use of any of Shagadoo's services, violated the rules and requirements that are stated in this policy and in our terms and conditions policy and in this section, it may result in termination of your access to Shagadoo's services as stated in Shagadoo's terms and conditions. Shagadoo will notify you if this suspension/ termination has occurred unless any regulation or legal reasons will prevent us from doing so.
Shagadoo also reserves the right to remove your review/ content that violates our rules stated in our Terms and Conditions and in this section above.

Our success in bringing sexuality and sexual health to the front of the stage is totally depending on each buyer. Enabling people to understand that in the end Shagadoo wants them to be happier as we believe that a happy person will make the world better, may reduce frustrations and uncertainties.
You are a part of all the above. We expect you to feel the same way, and the experience in Shagadoo should strengthen this mutual set of beliefs and goals.
